APEGS (ASSOCIATION OF PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS AND GEOSCIENTISTS OF SASKATCHEWAN) The institute APEGS is a licensed and authorized sector that has been assisting engineers and scientists for decades. The meaning of the term APEGS is “Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan”. There are nearly 15000 engineers and scientists who have been working collaboratively for the public welfare. The quality of self-regulation of those engineers and scientists proves that they are capable of detecting the quality and competencies of engineering students. To protect the public, the APEGS has been accomplishing its work according to “The engineering and geoscience professions act”. The institute is also paying attention to professional development with the assistance of the “Code of Ethics”.
