In the meeting, Hillary Clinton had declared that in November there would be a bilateral meeting, where President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and President Barack Obama would meet in person in Bali. To welcome the arrival of the first man in the State of Uncle Sam, Bali had made preparation. Governor of Bali, Made Mangku Pastika, admitted that he had prepared a variety of things to welcome Obama who had failed to
visit Bali for two times. “There has been a certainty about the arrival of Obama to Bali. Moreover, the U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had come to Bali recently. Even, she guaranteed the coming of Obama to Bali in this November.
