Devil's Got a New Disguise" was one of two new tracks included in the 2006 compilation album The song was originally written during the Pump (1989) or Get a Grip (1993) sessions but was reworked and polished for this greatest hits release. Along with "Sedona Sunrise," it was part of an effort to offer fans something new while looking back at decades of Aerosmith's music.
