Step by step guide for filling up online travel declaration pupils

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE FOR FILLING ONLINE TRAVEL DECLARATION FORM – FOR ALL PUPILS PLEASE COMPLETE BY 27 MAY 2013

Step 1: Log in to Ask n Learn portal via http://lms.asknlearn.com/anchorgreen_ps Step 2: Type in your child’s Birth certificate number as Userid and password. ( If your child has forgotten his password, please refer to the last slide.)

Step 3: After Logging into the AsknLearn portal with your child’s Userid and password, click on the icon ‘My Tasks’

Step 4: Click on ‘Travel Declaration for Pupils (June Holidays) ’

Step 5: Choose ‘Travel Declaration for Pupils (June Holidays)’ from the Drop down menu.

Step 6: Fill up the details in the fields.

Step 7: When you are done, click on ‘ Save’.

Step 8: If you are travelling to more than 1 country, please click on ‘Save and Add Another’ to fill up the details for the 2nd country / 3rd country of your intended travel.

Step 9: If you have more than 1 child in our school, kindly log out and re-log in with your other child’s UserID and Password. ( Complete Step 1 to Step 8 again)
