ADPAAS Self-reporting Instructions

To self-report, the Soldier and/or Family member can log into the (Army Disaster Personnel Accountability and Assessment System (ADPAAS) at https://adpaassupport.army.mil/ Once on the home page, click here

Select a method to sign into the system, click “LOG IN”

Click on “Assessment”

If the Soldier and/or Family Member is affected by an event, they would be given an option to self-report. If a Soldier and/or Family member is affected, but is not showing up in the ADPAAS as being affected, they can call the ADPAAS information hotline toll free at 1-800-833-6622, option 3.
