Architecture to connect people with nature, with their neighbors, and with the city. The building has compact units and very generous common spaces, creating a cozy and efficient place for its dwellers - along with a unique experience when you leave or arrive at home.

The three storeys that can be seen from street level offer a contemporary interpretation of the surrounding. The building has a symmetrical composition. In the Centre is the larger entrance for the apartments and the stlit floor is allocated for parking / security / maintenance.W

Typical floors has around 6 - units each with balcony and the last floor has around 4 - units each along with private terrace.

The main highlight of the project is the usage of material in such a way that the service area does not affect the facade. It also gives a rich texture to the building and also try to create a eye contact towards it.

Secondly the solution we have provided for MEP is also one of the highlights of the building. It has got suspension system for Plumbing, outder units for AC are placed in such a way it will not be visible.

The plot is situated near the IT corridor and got access to all basic facilities.

GAMBIR CHORDIARESIDENCE

Located in Kotturpuram, the square shaped plot of this residence abuts the road on Northern and Eastern sides. Based on the client’s requirements, our approach was to design a modest house with specific emphasis on natural light and ventilation. The design process and choice of materials for construction was aimed to produce highend residence.

The double height living and dining spaces are opened up to get a view of the landscaped garden and glazed skylights allow ample natural light to infiltrate the open scheme of the house. Exposed concrete finish and white plastered walls induce a subtle ambience’s in both the interior and exterior. The design language throughout the house is intended to reflects the lifestyle of the client.

The OTS space is divided into two sectors private terrace and lanscape garden (Party space). This place can be habitated in any time of the day and year and where family can gather and or where an individual can just be with one’s own self. The design layout and executed house is accomplished through interactive sessions with client, designers, consultants and contractors and the final outcome is a team effort of all.

Designing a Managed Service Office (MSO) necessitates balancing functionality, aesthetics, and flexibility to cater to tenants’ diverse needs. Key considerations include maximizing space usage for collaborative and private work, employing modular furniture for adaptability, and integrating advanced technology seamlessly. Comfortable, ergonomic setups enhance productivity, while reflecting brand identity through design elements fosters a sense of ownership for tenants. Collaboration zones and privacy measures ensure a conducive environment for both teamwork and focused tasks.

Security measures like access control and surveillance protect assets and information. Sustainability initiatives, such as energy-efficient lighting and recycling facilities, align with modern business values. Community spaces and amenities like kitchenettes and fitness areas contribute to a holistic work-life balance, fostering a sense of belonging among tenants.

By meticulously addressing these aspects, a welldesigned MSO cultivates innovation, collaboration, and success across businesses of all scales. Its dynamic and supportive environment not only accommodates diverse needs but also encourages creativity and growth.
