Outside, there is a fish cleaning facility with running water, campfire pit (bring your own wood), outdoor grills and picnic tables. There is a private sandy beach with no drop-offs and children playground equipment. Rental boats (14-footers with good motors) are available, or you can bring your own and tie it up at one of their piers. Being where they are, TV reception is very limited; bring a DVD player and movies is suggested. Golfing, shopping, white water rafting, museums and water ski shows are all nearby if you want a break from fishing. The eight all-modern housekeeping cabins are very clean and come equipped with electric refrigerator, gas range, gas heat and microwave. Your hosts provide blankets and bed pillows. Linen rentals available if you don’t bring your own; plus bring your own towels. Basic dishes, coffee pot and cooking utensils are available.
