“It is great to work with students who have different backgrounds and circumstances, to see the passion they have for learning.” Dr. Lane states. “The role in Kansas City is new. It involves being the face of ESU at various events and locations including industry, community colleges, various career fairs and other events, and of course at the Overland Park location. I look forward to getting to know the students during the upcoming advising for spring period.”

:

“Although it may seem like it takes a long time to earn a degree, be proud of yourself for continuing on that path and be realistic about how fast you go on your education journey. Set priorities and goals accordingly and take your family and personal life into consideration. Don’t take on more than you can handle just to get it done – take the time to learn and do it right.
