CONTINUES TO GROW ITS GRAB HIRE & HAULAGE SERVICES Haulage Services
Father and son run award winning Newtownabbey based EJC Contracts continues to expand its private Grab Hire side of the business, which has become increasingly more popular than traditional skip hire.
With so many different aspects of the company, whose motto is small enough to listen, big enough to deliver, EJC Contracts can cater for all haulage requirements, being ideally situated just off the M2 motorway just 10 minutes from Belfast Harbour and 15 minutes from Larne Harbour. The company is fully equipped to handle any wide or long loads and can move anything from one to 60 tonnes of plant and machinery, and construction equipment to containers, timber and modular framed homes.
“Grab Hire is much more cost effective, reliable and efficient,” says fleet manager Paul Marley. “Rather than pay for a skip and have it sitting onsite for days on end, we will collect and remove waste materials within hours of being called. “Grab hire is perfect for disposing of large volumes of waste such as bricks, tarmac, concrete, hardcore and other general building rubbish and green waste. “Our Fleet of grab trucks can also reach difficult to access sites where space for a traditional skip might be restricted,” comments Paul who adds that the service is available throughout Northern Ireland to business, private and domestic customers. The company can also deliver
a wide range of materials including quarry dust, pea gravel, sand, topsoil, binding and various types of stone. EJC Contracts is also involved in a wide range of other areas such as site clearance, groundworks and road surfacing. The company’s fleet includes a variety of vans, tippers, diggers, dumpers, rollers and plant trailers, all of which are regularly serviced and maintained to the highest of standards.
EJC Contracts also provide bulk haulage and tipper hire. Their ever-growing customer base includes Northstone, Collen Bros, Boyd’s, Sleator Plant and KDM Hire.
