Self Defense Courses are made up of four classes meeting for an hour at noon across two weeks - October 11, 13, 18, & 20 (sign-up by October 8). This class is only $80 for adults 16 years and older, however, members 13-15 years old can sign-up and attend alongside a parent/legal guardian.
