أن يبادر بإحداث تغييرات في، في أي وقت قبل صدور شهادة تسلم الشغال،بإمكان المهندس
. أو بالطلب الى المقاول أن يقدم اقتراحا للنظر فيه، سواء من خلل تعليمات يصدرها،الشغال
