‫اﻓﺘﺘﺎﺣﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﻣﺠﻠــﺔ » ﺑﻮاﺑــﺔ اﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ« ﻓﻲ ﻋﺪدﻫــﺎ اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺗﻨﺎوﻟﺖ أﺑﺮز ا�ﻧﺸــﻄﺔ‬ ‫واﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻴﺎت اﻟﺘﻲ ﺷﻬﺪﺗﻬﺎ اﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ ورﺻﺪت اﻫﻢ ا�ﻧﺠﺎزات اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻤﺖ‬ ‫ﺧــﻼل اﻟﻌﺎم اﻟﻤﺎﺿــﻲ ‪ ٢٠١٢‬واﻟﺘﻲ ﻋــﺰزت ﻣﻦ ﻣﻜﺎﻧــﺔ اﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ ﻛﻘﻮة‬ ‫اﻗﺘﺼﺎدﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﺔ اﻟﺸﺮق ا�وﺳﻂ وﺟﻌﻠﺖ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﻋﻨﺼﺮ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﻓﻲ‬ ‫اﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎد اﻟﻌﺎﻟﻤﻲ‪.‬‬ ‫ورﻛــﺰت اﻟﻤﺠﻠﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬا اﻟﻌــﺪد ﻋﻠﻰ إﺑﺮاز دور اﻟﺴــﻴﺎﺣﺔ واﻟﻘﻄﺎع‬ ‫اﻟﻔﻨﺪﻗــﻲ ﻛﻮﻧﻬﺎ أﺣﺪ أﻫﻢ اﻟﺮواﻓــﺪ اﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎدﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ واﻟﺬي‬ ‫ﺳــﻴﻮﻓﺮ ﺣﻮاﻟﻲ ﻣﻠﻴﻮن وﻧﺼﻒ وﻇﻴﻔﺔ ﻟﺸﺒﺎب اﻟﺴﻌﻮدي ﺧﻼل اﻟﻌﺎم‬ ‫‪ ٢٠١٥‬ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬا اﻟﻘﻄﺎع‪.‬‬ ‫ﻋﻼوة ﻋﻠــﻰ ذﻟﻚ‪ ،‬ﻗﺎﻣﺖ اﻟﻤﺠﻠــﺔ ﻓﻲ إﺟﺮاء اﻟﻌﺪﻳﺪ ﻣــﻦ اﻟﺤﻮارات‬ ‫واﻟﻨﻘﺎﺷﺎت ﻣﻊ رﺟﺎل ا�ﻋﻤﺎل ﻓﻲ اﻟﻘﻄﺎع اﻟﺨﺎص واﻟﻘﻄﺎع اﻟﺴﻴﺎﺣﻲ‬ ‫واﻟﻔﻨﺪﻗﻲ ﺑﺸــﻜﻞ ﺧﺎص‪ ،‬وﻣﻨﺎﻗﺸــﺔ أﻫﻢ اﻟﻌﻮاﺋﻖ واﻟﻤﺸــﺎﻛﻞ اﻟﺘﻲ‬ ‫ﺗﻮاﺟﻪ ﻫﺬا اﻟﻘﻄﺎع وﻛﻴﻔﻪ إﻳﺠﺎد اﻟﺤﻠﻮل اﻟﻤﻨﺎﺳﺒﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل اﻟﺘﻮاﺻﻞ‬

‫ﻋﺒﺪ ا� آل ﺑﻬﻮان‬

‫اﻟﻤﺸﺮف اﻟﻌﺎم‬

‫ﻣﻊ اﻟﺠﻬﺎت ذات اﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫وﻗــﺪ ﺗــﻢ ﺗﺨﺼﻴــﺺ ﺟــﺰء ﻓﻲ ﻫــﺬا اﻟﻌــﺪد ﻟﺮﺻــﺪ أﻫــﻢ ا�دوات‬ ‫واﻟﻮﺳــﺎﺋﻞ اﻟﺪاﻋﻤﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﻨﻤﻴﺔ اﻟﺴــﻴﺎﺣﻴﺔ ودور اﻟﻬﻴﺌﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻟﻠﺴــﻴﺎﺣﺔ‬ ‫وا�ﺛﺎر ﻓﻲ ﺗﻄﻮﻳﺮ وﺗﺸــﺠﻴﻊ اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت اﻟﺴــﻴﺎﺣﻴﺔ وﻧﻮﻋﻴﺔ اﻟﺪﻋﻢ اﻟﺘﻲ‬ ‫ﺗﻘﺪﻣﻬﺎ ﻟﻠﻤﻨﺸﺂت اﻟﺴﻴﺎﺣﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫وﺗﻄﺮﻗــﺖ اﻟﻤﺠﻠــﺔ ﺑﻬــﺬا اﻟﻌــﺪد ﻟﺬﻛــﺮ ﺑﻌــﺾ ا�ﻧﺸــﻄﺔ اﻟﻬﺎﻣﺔ‬ ‫ﻓــﻲ اﻟﻘﻄﺎع اﻟﺴــﻴﺎﺣﻲ ﻣﺜﻞ »ﻣﻠﺘﻘﻰ اﻟﺴــﻔﺮ واﻻﺳــﺘﺜﻤﺎر اﻟﺴــﻴﺎﺣﻲ‬ ‫اﻟﺴﻌﻮدي« ﻫﻮ أﺣﺪ ﻣﺒﺎدرات وﻣﺸﺎرﻳﻊ اﻟﻬﻴﺌﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻟﻠﺴﻴﺎﺣﺔ وا�ﺛﺎر‬ ‫اﻟﻨﺎﺟﺤﺔ ﻟﺘﻨﻤﻴﺔ ﺗﻄﻮﻳﺮ اﻟﺴﻴﺎﺣﺔ اﻟﺴﻌﻮدﻳﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫وﻻ ﻳﺴــﻌﻨﺎ ﻓﻲ ا�ﺧﻴﺮ إﻻ أن ﻧﻘﺪم ﺷﻜﺮﻧﺎ وﺗﻘﺪﻳﺮﻧﺎ ﻟﻜﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﺠﻬﻮد‬ ‫اﻟﺘﻲ ﺑﺬﻟﺖ وﺷــﺎرﻛﺖ ﻓﻲ ﺗﺠﻬﻴﺰ ﻫﺬا اﻟﻌﺪد وﻧﺘﻤﻨﻰ أن ﻳﻠﺒﻲ ﺗﻄﻠﻌﺎت‬ ‫اﻟﻌﻤﻼء وﻳﻮﺻﻞ اﻟﺮﺳﺎﻟﺔ واﻟﻐﺎﻳﺔ اﻟﺮﺋﻴﺴﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ إﺻﺪاره‪.‬‬

‫ﺗﺼﻨﻴــﻒ اﻟﻨﺠــﻮم اﻟﺠﺪﻳــﺪ ﻟﻠﻔﻨــﺎدق واﻟﺸــﻘﻖ اﻟﻤﻔﺮوﺷــﺔ ﺧﻄــﻮة أﺧــﺮى ﻋﻠــﻰ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ‬ ‫اﻟﻌﺎﻟﻤﻴــﺔ اﻟــﺬي ﺗﻤﻀﻲ إﻟﻴــﻪ اﻟﺴــﻴﺎﺣﺔ اﻟﻮﻃﻨﻴﺔ ﺑﺨﻄــﻮات ﺣﺜﻴﺜــﺔ وﻣﺘﺴــﺎرﻋﺔ ‪ ..‬وﺑﺮﻳﺎدﺗﻬﺎ‬ ‫اﻟﻤﻌﻬﻮدة اﺳــﺘﻄﺎﻋﺖ اﻟﻬﻴﺌﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻟﻠﺴــﻴﺎﺣﺔ وا�ﺛﺎر أن ﺗﻨﺠﺰ ﻫــﺬا اﻟﺘﺼﻨﻴﻒ ﺑﺤﺮﻓﻴﺔ ﻏﺎﻳﺔ‬ ‫ﻓــﻲ ا�ﺑــﺪاع واﻟﻤﻬﻨﻴﺔ إذ ﻗﺎﻣﺖ ﻋﺒﺮ ﺷــﻬﻮر ﻃﻮﻳﻠﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﻤﺸــﺘﺮك ﺑﻴﻦ ﻋﺪد ﻣﻦ ﻓﺮق‬ ‫اﻟﻌﻤــﻞ داﺧﻞ اﻟﻬﻴﺌــﺔ وﻋﺪد ﻣﻦ اﻟﺸــﺮﻛﺎء ﻓﻲ اﻟﻘﻄﺎﻋﻴــﻦ اﻟﻌﺎم واﻟﺨﺎص ﻣﻊ اﻻﺳــﺘﻌﺎﻧﺔ‬ ‫ﻓﻴــﻪ ﺑﺒﻌﺾ ﺑﻴﻮت اﻟﺨﺒــﺮة اﻟﻌﺎﻟﻤﻴﺔ‪ ،‬أن ﺗﻜﻴﻒ ﺑﻨــﻮد ﻫﺬا اﻟﺘﺼﻨﻴﻒ ﻣﻊ اﺣﺘﻴﺎﺟــﺎت واﻋﺘﺒﺎرات‬ ‫اﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ اﻟﺴﻌﻮدي‪.‬‬
