PROJECT STATEMENT

The residential project consists of a duplex villa that includes two bedrooms and two private bathrooms with a spacious exterior view on the first floor. On the ground floor, it features several sections such as the living room and dining table, directly connected to the first floor. The building has a wide facade that allows sunlight to enter from all directions, and it can be controlled. Furthermore, the building has a beautiful view as it overlooks nature. Outside, there is a private parking space for the building owner, designed in the Japandi style, which is closer to nature. This entails using natural materials or materials that closely resemble nature in the building, with soothing colors.
