3tree Marketing designed and produced Welcome Kits and Event Kits for college brand ambassadors. The Welcome Kits and Event Kits go out to over 385 schools and over 500 brand ambassadors and digital brand ambassadors both in the US and in Canada. The shipments are ongoing for typically 6 weeks, twice a year. Each week a shipment is released based on a fulfillment spreadsheet submitted by the client.

We worked with an amazing factory partner to create a completely customized bobblehead based on 3 different photos After a few design revisions, we were able to create the perfect bobblehead The bobbleheads were game day giveaways honoring a former player and assistant coach who was inducted into the Ring of Fire (the Chicago Fire Hall of Fame)

CREDENTIALINGPROGRAM
OBJECTIVES
Execute a credentialing program for the World Games which included athletes, staff and volunteers The initial quantity requested was 25,000, however, the final quantity produced was over 45,000 credentials and lanyards Our supply partner ran a pre-production sample of the lanyards and badges to ensure print accuracy Once approved, the order was run in batches and drop shipped to the various event locations The staff and volunteers arrived at different times so some quantities were rushed to accommodate the earliest arrivals
SOLUTIONS
Including a pre-production sample in the production process was important to ensure the quality of the print Being able to accommodate the rush timeline with quantity increases and execute fulfillment quickly was key to the success of the event We also provided the client with additional badges and equipment to print on-site

To produce high-quality scarves featuring artwork from multiple artists throughout the season Each scarf celebrated the art of a different cultural group so the quality and vibrancy of the artwork was essential
SOLUTIONS
We partnered with a supplier who was able to digitally sublimate the scarves while maintaining the vibrancy of each design We were able to create visually dynamic scarves that have resonated deeply with the fans So much so, that they have expanded the project into a series of artist-designed scarves that they are continuing to produce

BALYASNYASSET MANAGEMENT

3tree was asked to create kits for an executive retreat in Costa Rica. We produced towels, totes, golf balls, bucket hats, print collateral, and custom boxes. The items were produced, assembled, and shipped to Costa Rica 3 weeks in advance to allow time to resolve any potential issues with customs
SOLUTIONS
3tree always takes a hands-on approach and made sure to track the shipment until it arrived in Costa Rica. The shipment arrived within 4 business days to Costa Rica; however, customs held the shipment. By contacting our International UPS Rep and working with the hotel, we were able to get the shipment delivered to the hotel in time for the executive meeting.

3tree Marketing designed and produced large event items and giveaways for J Crew student ambassadors These events were ongoing and required regular checkins and strict scheduling to ensure everything arrived on time for the activations. Each shipment was released based on a fulfillment spreadsheet and included return labels for easy and convenient restocking once the event was over.
SOLUTIONS
3tree marketing assisted with the design and production of branded giveaways, display elements, print materials, and even worked with the J Crew Factory team to design and fabricate a custom game when there wasn’t a market option available that aligned with their standards All merchandise was produced domestically because of the tight deadlines and the material was delivered to the 3tree warehouse for quality control and packing within the agreed upon timeline In addition, 3tree provided the team with regular updates and administrative support throughout the activations

3tree Marketing was asked to procure, package, and deliver 26,000 custom shoelaces in six different colors within two and half weeks The challenge was twofold: sourcing 26,000 shoelaces in varying colors and ensuring each set were packaged uniquely as per the client’s specifications within an extremely tight deadline 3tree was also asked to produce a specific style of sunglasses and have them delivered to the event location within another very tight timeline
SOLUTIONS
3tree worked closely to obtain resources and expertise in large-scale fulfillment and custom packaging The team devised a streamlined production plan that prioritized efficiency without compromising on quality Despite the tight deadline, 3tree successfully delivered 26,000 shoelaces in six different colors, all packaged according to the client’s custom requirements The high-quality production and attention to detail exceeded the client’s expectations and contributed to a successful promotion during the NCAA tournament

Balyasny Asset Management has been a client with 3tree Marketing for over 10 years. We manage their global onboarding program which employs over 2,000 people in offices spanning over 18 locations, 9 of which are international. Every week 3tree receives a list of new hires and must assemble and drop ship each New Hire Kit.
SOLUTIONS
3tree Marketing closely monitors the inventory for this program so we always have the approved minimums in stock Due to our global shipping experience we understand the regulations each country has on receiving shipments Once a list is received, we kit and ship within 1-2 business days A tracking manifest will then be sent to the client for reference The New Hire Kits are always shipped DDP (duties, delivered, paid) so our clients do not need to worry about having to pay for the duties and taxes upon delivery
