To achieve this we first start with the highest quality fabrics and components, combine with industry leading production techniques and finish with the Terrain Life seal of approval. Terrain Life offers our larger customers the flexibility in having their corporate colours exactly as they require. Custom lab dipping and sample sign offs give the added guarantee of what will be delivered prior to production. This is service and support that has Terrain Life standing out amongst its competitors.
LAMINATION OR COATING? Terrain Life continues to only use laminated fabrics for uniforms and premium rental, as they are the most durable resilient waterproofing option. Lamination offers a constant waterproof rating over the entire roll of fabric, so there are no variations in each garment. Coated fabrics are only used in our lower end
rental where a target price is required and the customer base is more inclined to avoid bad weather. 2 LAYER 10/10 COATED Polyester POSLAN HIPORA This fabric has been built with a specific purpose to run head first into the battlefield of rental abuse and come back with a smile. Keeping in mind life for this fabric can be just as tough in store with brutal washing and drying cycles. Added to the exterior of the fabric is
a DWR coating to provide a good barrier against water and grime. 2 LAYER 20/15 LAMINATED Polyester POSLAN HIPORA This fabric is offered in our premium rental for those who cater for the more up-market or fussy rental customer, who would prefer to pay a little more for higher rated fabrics and more non-rental looking garment designs. Added to the exterior of the fabric is our superior NANO DWR coating.

2 LAYER 20/15 LAMINATED Nylon COTEC DP TWILL This twill weave is the reliable workhorse of the Terrain Life fabric line with a boosted 20/15 rating it is the foundation that we stand upon. Always delivering above expectations. Added to the exterior of the fabric is our superior NANO DWR coating. 3 LAYER 30/20 LAMINATED Nylon COTEC DP TWILL This 100% Nylon weave fabric offers durability with a touch of class. Perfect for resorts looking for that next level uniform. By stepping up to 30/20 in the 3 Layer you are dealing with a performance fabric that delivers in everyway. Added to the exterior of the fabric is our superior NANO DWR coating.

SOFTSHELL BONDED FLEECE Terrain Life chooses premium 3 layer-bonded fleece, which offers exceptional breathability while still maintaining respectable moisture repellent properties. This tightly woven yarn offers great abrasion-resistant characteristics while still maintaining a unique 4 way stretch for maximum versatility.
NANO DWR COATING: This is the best water repelency available period. This water repelency system provides a superior protection against snow and water. It also has a great resistance to oils dust and grease. By using NANO DWR your garment stays water resistant for a much longer period, even after 15 wash cycles the NANO DWR function maintains over 90% of it’s capacity.
COATINGS: DWR COATING: Durable water repellency coating, this Teflon based coating is added to the outer shell of the fabric to provide a strong
LINNING FABRICS: SOFT TRICOT MICROFIBRE: A softbrushed polyester that adds comfort and warmth by
using water resistant fibres to quickly and effectively wick moisture away from the body. POLY MESH: A soft-netted fabric with 1/16� channels can be incorporated into the garment areas that are more prone to possible overheating. Its fundamental assembly efficiently moves unwanted heat and moisture away from the body. NYLON TAFFETA: 70 Denier grade nylon is featured in both a coated and uncoated form. The coated form has a polyurethane coating to resist any water penetration in the waist and leg gaiter areas. The uncoated form is used in arms and leg linings.
