Durable water repellence coating, this Teflon based coating is added to the outer shell of the fabric to provide a strong barrier against water and also great stain resistance properties.
This is the best water repellence available period. This water repellence system provides a superior protection against snow and water. It also has a great resistance to oils dust and grease. By using DUPONT TEFLON DWR your garment stays water resistant for a much longer period, even after 15 wash cycles the TEFLON DWR function maintains over 90% of it’s efficiency.

LUX FUR
A soft-brushed polyester that adds comfort and warmth by using water resistant fibres to quickly and effectively wick moisture away from the body.
It’s cool, you can leave the red tin of paint at home because our Lux Fur is a deep pile synthetic fur which is completely animal friendly and provides extra insulation. No animals were harmed in this process.
P O LY M E S H A soft-netted fabric with 1/16” channels is incorporated into the garment into areas that are more prone to possible overheating. Its fundamental assembly efficiently moves unwanted heat and moisture away from the body in targeted body zones.
F U S E D N Y LO N P VC / TA F F E TA This is a combination of nylon taffeta and high elasticity PVC coating to create a 100% waterproof barrier in key areas to completely seal out all moisture. Used in key areas like boot gaiters and powder skirts.
H O L L O W C O R E P O LY I N S U L A T I O N This keeps heat where its needed, excellent insulation value with amazing low weight and bulk. The unique structure of the fibres creates a higher number of air pockets to store heat that increase the insulation performance. We use varied combinations in sleeves and body areas to create an engineered insulation defence.
N Y LO N TA F F E TA 70-denier grade nylon is used in the main lining areas of the jacket and pants combined with other lining materials to create a complete engineered lining solution.
CONSTRUCTION SEAM ENGINEERING Without the correct strength thread a seams performance is more than halved. This is why we go the extra length to use premium water resistant polyester core spun threads. These threads are specifically used for their high strength and abrasion resistance properties. In addition with the high strength core it allows the use of finer threads and needles without compromising the strength of the thread compared to staple spun threads. Smaller holes in your jacket and pants is much better!

Areas of high demand on seam integrity is where you’ll find the 401. We use a tripple needle seam type to create a superstrong union between fabric layers by using multiple threads and folded layers to construct a super strong yet very flexible seam.
POCKET COLLARS | GENERAL ASSEMBLY
This is a multiple thread combination comprising of the 401 chainstitch and a 504 overedge stitch. The Blind-5 is 30% stronger than standard stitches. Along with added strenght, the Blind-5 ensures there is no exposed thread that can potentially wear.

The multiple thread lock stitch in both single and twin combinations resists threads unravelling, has a much higher abrasion resistance and creates one of the tightest most secure seams possible.
