LEASING SERVICES 33 offers multi-family leasing representation for real estate investors across the City of Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Our leasing team is comprised of experienced professionals who have, no less than, 5 years leasing experience. Through our property management operations, we exclusively list the majority of units we manage. This amounts to more than 500 leases annually, resulting in the 3200 N. Clark Street, luxury building managed by 33. accumulation of a wealth of proprietary leasing data. We leverage this data to set accurate pricing levels so our clients can have confidence we’ll hit their pro forma leasing targets.

We also have unique floor planning and amenity expertise gained through our experience in multi-family construction at Cubed Construction. This has become especially valuable to developers of luxury apartment buildings. We regularly provide them guidance on how to maximize / allocate square footage efficiently, match their finish packages to current tenant expectations and ensure they’re offering competitive amenities. These collaborative efforts result in 33 Realty’s unparalleled luxury leasing offering.

Our practice was built through the accumulation of over 35 years experience in distressed asset management and receivership. We did not suffer through the 2008 downturn and turn to this business line out of necessity.

We forged relationships with servicers, private equity funds, regional and national banks and hedge funds and listened to what they needed to navigate the chaos of the downturn.

Owners of distressed assets, or those in borrower disputes, are uniquely sensitive to cost management.

Typically their properties are barely cash flowing and their borrower disputes can carry on for long periods of time. We understand this and created fixed pricing models at a fraction of what our competitors charge. We also understand that risk management and asset preservation are the cornerstones of an effective platform.
