A sixth-generation San Franciscan, Zachary Cohn was raised in Tiburon, a waterfront community across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco. An avid hiker, musician, camper and curious soul, he has explored every town, music venue and many trails throughout his home county, creating his extensive knowledge of Sausalito, Tiburon, Kentfield, Mill Valley, Novato, San Rafael, Larkspur and West Marin. On the board of Mill Valley Streamkeepers, Zach can also be found volunteering on weekends to protect these fragile habitats. As a buyer's agent, his clients have commented on his integrity, honesty, professionalism and patience. Because sometimes it takes a while to find the perfect home.

Are there second home opportunities in Marin?

Absolutely. Whether you're looking for a cabin on Mt. Tam, a beach house in West Marin or a floating home in Sausalito, I am constantly staying abreast of the latest listings.

How are you keeping up with inventory?

As a buyer's agent, I'm constantly looking for various investment opportunities ranging in cost and features. My research also involves keeping up with my colleagues, many of whom have been lifelong friends.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I love taking hikes to Tennessee Valley, enjoy listening to live music at Sweetwater and playing and singing on my guitar.
