With the demolition and changes in the old urban areas, many historical memories of the older generation have undergone transformation, leaving behind a large number of retired elderly people. The expansion of the city has also had a significant impact on the existing cemetery areas. This project endeavors to integrate one's lifetime memories with Carl Jung's personality analysis theory, Create a new type of cemetery and senior community that blends interactive and virtual reality technologies, offering the opportunity for virtual visits to significant locations or moments in the lives of those who have passed away, allowing for deeper connection and remembrance.

a revitalization plan for the Diaokou River watershed Individual work Date: 05.2023-08.2023 Location: Dongying , Shandong Province, China Since the Yellow River was rerouted in 1976, the abandoned channel of Diaokou River has lost the supply of Yellow River water and sediment.

As a result, the coastal area of the estuary has been severely eroded by seawater, causing significant coastline retreats. The current problems are as follows: 1. The Yellow River has only a single channel into the sea, and there is a lack of horizontal connection between the water systems, leading to continuous degradation of vegetation communities dominated by alkali seepweed, with tamarisk and reeds as secondary species. The overall ecological environment of the wetland has declined, leading to the weakening biological capacity.

The rivers within the region lack ecological water replenishment, making it difficult to improve water quality and reducing water retention capacity. 2. Insufficient infrastructure and substandard living conditions.

We hope to take Suaeda salsa, the local dominant species as a breakthrough and make use of the local unique terrain conditions to explore a sustainable way of water replenishment and fundamentally solve the problem of water replenishment. Through the optimization of the site planning in stages, the species habitat is restored. Canarsie Ocean City Symbiotic System Date: 02.2023-05.2023 Location: New York, United

The livelihoods of coastal communities along the Jamaica Bay are affected by the rising sea levels caused by climate change, and Canarsie is one of them, a major residential area in southeast Brooklyn, New York City. Taking Canarsie as an example, we propose a resilient and sustainable solution: the development of a breakwater and topographic system designed to collect sediments and establish wetland habitats as a natural barrier against rising sea levels. This creates a three-tiered defense system from the waterfront to the city, consisting of an artificial island built from soil transferred from urban green spaces, a floating oscillating water column wave energy conversion device, and wetlands. Instead of confronting waves with hardened edges, this project reconsiders the relationship between the city and sediment and water resources. It seeks to harness the power of waves, convert wave energy, and establish a clean water and drainage system connecting the city to the coast.

Hainan Mingzhu Island Ecological Restoration Plan Date: 07.2022-09.2022 Location: Haikou , Hainan Province , China Since the 20th century , in order to meet the needs of land use , human beings began to speed up the pace of reclaiming land from the sea, which caused great damage to the marine ecological environment during the construction period. Based on this background, the project team hopes to explore the possibility of solving the site problems from the perspective of coral in order to cope with the uncertain disaster events in the future. Taking coral' s sensitivity to the environment as a breakthrough, it forms a biological indicator in the seawater monitoring system, and puts forward the core concept :"Implement a phased supervision system and responsive design for preliminary ecological restoration from 2020 to 2030, followed by further restoration efforts from 2030 to 2040.

Additionally, undertake industrial upgrading initiatives by the year 2040.". Incorporate safety system analysis such as site vulnerability and possible natural disasters into the supervision system, continuously improve the city's spatial resilience, economic resilience, engineering resilience, management resilience and social resilience, and at the same time focus on improving the city's ability to resist natural disasters and various risks, and then repair the fragile ecosystem to build a resilient city and a new low-carbon industrial chain.

Aiming at the problems of the island, this scheme puts forward a phase supervision system and a bio-responsive design and divides the site construction and development into 3 stages. An ecological assessment is conducted every two years. According to the evaluation results, it is divided into three grades: A, B and C, which respectively correspond to the three levels of excellent, good, and medium ecological conditions after each stage. and then corresponding construction measures are made according to different results.

Here are 3 special cases out of 27 situations, that is, the three evaluations are excellent, good and fair in phases. Take this as an example to show the differences of responsive measures in various situations.

Chicago's existing urban agriculture industry is limited in scope and quantity. This project aims to address these challenges by establishing comprehensive demonstration sites of vertical farming systems within cities.

I hope there can be a place in the west part of the city where farmer's markets can be held.

The two sides of the building are designated as planting areas. Therefore, I will utilize a lighter, more flexible, and warmer wooden material for the main structure. The curtain wall will be made of translucent glass material. According to the daylight analysis, the south side is positioned at an inclined angle to maximize the area of sunlight exposure.The plants are arranged from top to bottom based on the light requirements of the homeless.

During the 120th anniversary c e l e b r a t i o n o f N a n j i n g F o re s t r y University, we, organized by class units, undertook the design and construction of a floral landscape in the campus plant training base.

Construction Design Practice Teamwork date:04.2023 We designed a landscape interactive installation using corrugated paper as the raw material, with the theme of 'Watch and be watched'. The installation, featuring periscopes, kaleidoscopes, windows, mirrors, and various perspectives, guides people to observe the world. It allows individuals not only to observe the external world within it but also to become a part of the scenery in the eyes of others. In the end, we donated this installation to a community kindergarten.
