A message from the Executive Director to the Class of 2025

Congratulations 21st Century Leaders!

I encourage you to recognize the leader that already lives within you and to keep growing that potential with purpose and passion.

Leadership isn’t about titles or being the loudest in the room It’s about showing up with integrity, listening with empathy, and making choices that uplift others. As we always say ‘leadership isn’t about me, it’s about you, leadership isn’t about you, but all those around you.’

Every opportunity—from college classrooms to first careers to community involvement—is a chance to practice and strengthen those skills, and inspire someone else along the way

The world needs your voice, your ideas, and your vision. Keep learning, stay curious, and never underestimate your power to influence change, no matter how big or small.

We believe in you and we can’t wait to see the impact you’ll make. Thanks for being on this journey with us and allowing us to serve you!

We can’t wait to see what you’ll do next!

Go inspire and lead,

21CL ALUMNI NETWORK

21CL Impact: I learned not to be afraid of trying new things. I have adapted to relaxing techniques when I feel under pressure or stressed.
