Introduction Play-ON, an interactive programme is another initiative of CCAT. It aims to offer play, drama and theatre workshops in enabling children to explore, identify and communicate mental health issues that they and their peers may find challenging in a safe, fun and creative setting.

They will be empowered to seek and share adaptive solutions through creative play and to give creative expression in a group drama/theatre performance in conveying and reaffirming their insights.

The Story of “Ah Huat” Ah Huat is a very happy 11-year-old boy, he is very popular in school and enjoys playing with his friends. He lives with his Mother and father, and his Grandmother, ‘Na na’ that care for and adores him. The Family lives in as quiet village and in a neighbourhood where everybody knows each other.

He spends his days swimming, fishing and playing by the river with his friends. After school. He walks to school with his friends and is doing well.

However, everything change after his parents divorce. What will happen to Ah Huat? What challenges will he face in his life?
