Assembling your hookah

• Screw the hookah down stem into the bottom of the hookah shaft.

• Screw the hookah shaft into the glass base. The fitting should be airtight.

• Place the metal tray over the top of the hookah stem. Screw the head base on the top of the shaft until the tray is snugly in place.

• Insert hose end with hose gasket into hose port on hookah stem. Unscrew the air release valve to make sure the ball bearing inside is free of any obstructions. Screw the valve back on.

• Check the air flow on your hookah by putting your hand over the top of the hookah stem and sucking in with the hose. There should be little to no air intake.

• With your hand still on top of the hookah stem, blow through the hose. You should hear air expelled out through the air release valve.

Preparing your hookah

• Remove the hose and unscrew the hookah stem from the vase. Fill the vase with water up to the designated Elite Water Level Indicator. Put the hookah stem back on vase. The stem should be submerged about an inch into the water.

• Break up the shisha tobacco as you gently lay it into the clay bowl. You will want to sprinkle it in so that it is loose enough for air to pass through. The shisha tobacco should be filled to the rim of the bowl, but no higher.

• If you are using a metal screen, place it on top of the bowl. If you are using foil, wrap the foil over the head so that it fits snugly. Make sure to poke holes into the foil so that air can pass through. Place the clay bowl on top of the hookah stem with the bowl gasket in between the hookah stem and the bowl. The clay bowl should fit snugly.

• For the best smoking experience, Elite recommends you use the Glider Bowl for all hookah smoking sessions. It requires no grommets, no messy foil and has a convenient tobacco drawer that can be easily filled with you favorite flavors.

• Light your coals. Wait for the coals to become red hot all over before placing them on top of your clay bowl.

• Insert the hose back into the hose port. Inhale on your hose. It may take a minute or two before the hookah is smoking properly. Enjoy!

Cleaning your hookah

• Change the water in your vase before every session.

• Blow through the hose to clear out any smoke residue.

• Clean your hookah stem frequently with a brush to remove any residue.

• Wash your glass vase with warm soapy water and allow it to time to dry.

• Occasionally rinse the hose with lukewarm water and allow it time to dry.

Shipping Terms: All orders will be shipped out UPS Ground (FedEx Ground upon request). Most shipments are shipped same day or next business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST will ship the following business day. Each order is assessed freight, insurance, and a handling fee.

Payment Terms: Orders are shipped in any of the following: Prepaid, COD Money Order, COD Company Check (upon approval), Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) or Net Terms (to approved accounts only).

Refused Shipments: If a COD order is refused, a customer will be charged a $25.00 or 10% restocking fee (whichever is greater), plus freight costs, and will be put on prepaid terms for future orders.

Returned Checks: Customer will incur a $35.00 fee for a returned check.

Late Payments: Term customers will incur a 10% late fee for delayed payments of 10 or more days.

Taxes: Customers are responsible for all taxes within their local jurisdiction.

Past due accounts with returned checks will revert to prepaid terms.

Credit Policy: Established businesses may apply for open account status. Applications are available upon request. Customer must have order history. Upon receipt of the completed and signed credit form, it will be processed as quickly as possible. A negotiable credit limit will be assigned to your account via our credit department.

Damage Claims & Lost Shipments: You must notify us either by telephone or fax of damages or lost shipments within 48 hours of receipt or non-receipt of your package.

Returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase receipt. Please notify your account manager as soon as possible.
