Located at Swan Ranch in Cheyenne, Wyoming, the brand’s new facility offers closer access to the source of silver sodium bentonite clay and better access to the railroad system used for product transportation.

4 oz unsalted butter, melted until lightly browned, then cooled 1 c light brown sugar, firmly packed 2½ T bourbon** 1 t vanilla extract 1 lg egg + 1 egg yolk** (at room temp) 1 c all-purpose flour ¼ t EACH cinnamon & salt ¼ c toasted pecans, roughly chopped 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped Flaky sea salt Preheat oven to 350°. Line an 8x8inch baking pan with parchment paper. Spray lightly with non-stick spray, set aside.

Whisk in brown sugar and mix until well combined. Stir in bourbon and vanilla. Add egg and egg yolk, beat until combined. Using a rubber spatula, fold in flour, cinnamon, and salt, mixing until just combined. Fold in pecans and chocolate. Scrape batter into prepared pan.

Bake 24 minutes, until edges are golden and center is barely wobbly.

Cool in pan 1 hour before cutting.

Sprinkle with sea salt and serve. **If desired, eliminate bourbon and use 2 whole eggs instead of 1 egg + 1 egg yolk.
