3.Positionthefittingbyturningout(counterclockwise)uptoamaximumofoneturn.Holdingthe padofthefittingwithawrench,tightenthe locknutandwasheragainstthefaceoftheboss, 6.

Thesetorquesarenotrecommendedfortubesof 1/2″ (12.7mm)ODandlargerwithwallthicknessof 0.035″ (0.889mm)orless.Thetorqueisspecifiedfor 0.035″ (0.889mm)walltubesoneachapplication individually.

Beforeinstallingandtorquing37° flaredfittings, cleanthefaceoftheflareandthreadswithaclean

solventorLoctitecleanerandapplyhydraulicsealant Loctiteno.569tothe37° flareandthethreads.

Installfittingandtorquetospecifiedtorque,loosen fittingandretorquetospecifications.
