Allow me to greet you with Luke10:37 : “Then Jesus said unto him, Go and do thou likewise” under the Theme” SHIFTING for the Greater”
We are living in challenging times, oppressed conditions of poverty and hunger, GBV, pandemics, a world where children disrespects parents, moral decay is the order of the day, dysfunctional families, persecution of the Christians, the world is a global mess , we face gun violence in our local communities, war between Israel and Hamas, call the roll...
God instructs us in Luke 10:37 “ go and do likewise” –to “Shift” for greater impact, to spread and act His Gospel, as WMS , we model good Samaritans by clothing the naked and feeding the hunger, but we need to go beyond and break even more boundaries! We have to do better sisters! Our tunnel vision of doing things Must be shifted to a vision with Greater impact! We can no longer do business as usual! Don’t be content with mediocrity, NO let’s “Shift” for Greater -Mentally, Spiritually, let’s walk the talk!
My sincere prayer is that this LTI will bring about a ‘Shift” in our horizons as missionaries. Look into your mirror and declare” I need to do better! I need to ’Shift” my mind set on how I doing things for the Lord.
May we become renewed in spirit during the weekend so that the Lord “ Shift” and enlarge our territories, bless our dreams and work, keep us from evil so that no harm can befall us! I love you!!
To the already established protocol, I bow to it.
I greet you in the Jesus Joy I will exalt the name of the Lord. His Praises shall continually be in my mouth. Oh taste and see that the Lord is good. His goodness endureth forever and ever.
I am indeed honoured and privileged to serve as your Episcopal Y.P.D. Director. I five God all the honour, glory and the praise for calling me as a servant leader for the 15th District. Thank you Bishop Silvester Scott Beamen and Mother Renee Palmor Beamen for the opportunity to be of service in God’s vineyard. Congratulations to the WMS Episcopal leadership Sis. Chrystal Jantjies and your team for a great Theme –“SHIFTING FOR GREATER”.
If we shift our attitude greater things will happen. If we shift our unhealthy relationships greater friendships will be reborn. If we shift negativity to positivity greater relationships will form. If we shift our never minded relationship with God to an intimate relationship al things will become new. If we shift our disrespect towards others great respect will follow you. If you shift bad eating habits great health will be to your achievement.
Therefore 15th Episcopal District, “SHIFT FOR GREATER”
May God bless the 2024 LTI for Greater God Bless.

Processional Hymn: Come we that love the Lord. AME Hymn 541
Come, we that love the Lord, and let our joys be known. join in a song with sweet accord, and thus surround the throne.
Refrain
We are marching to Zion, Beautiful, beautiful Zion
We are marching upwards to Zion, the beautiful city of God
Let those refuse to sing. who never knew our God. but children of the heavenly King May speak their joys abroad.
The hill of Zion yields A thousand sacred sweets before we reach the heavenly fields, or walk the golden streets.
Then let our songs abound, and every tear be dry. we're marching through Emmanuel's ground, To fairer worlds on high
The Doxology
Praise God, from Whom all blessings flow; Praise Him, all creatures here below; Praise Him above, ye heavenly host; Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
L: I was glad when they said unto me, “Let us go into the house of the Lord”, our feet shall stand within thy gates O Jerusalem.
P: For a day in Thy courts is better than a thousand, I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, then to dwell in the tents of wickedness.
L: Because of the house of the Lord our God I will seek thy good.
P: Those that be planted in the house of the Lord, shall flourish in the courts of our God.
L: Blessed are they that dwell in Thy house. Lord, I have loved Thy habitation, the place where Thy honor dwelleth.
P: For the Lord is in His Holy temple, let all the earth keep silence before him
L: Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Thy sight, O Lord my Strength, and my Redeemer.
P: O sing unto the Lord a new song, for he has done marvelous things. Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all the earth, sing praises.
Hymn of Praise – AME Hymn 514 (Amid the trial which I meet ...)
Amid the trials which I meet, Amid the thorns that pierce my feet
One tho’t remains supremely sweet, Thou thinkest, Lord, of me.
Chorus
Thou thinkest, Lord, of me (of me)
Thou thinkest, Lord of me! (of me)
What need I fear when Thou art near?
And thinkest, Lord of me.
The cares of life come thronging fast. Upon my soul their shadow cast. Their gloom reminds my heart at last, Thou thinkest, Lord, of me!
Let shadows come. Let shadows go, Let life be bright or dark with woe, I am content; for this I know. Thou thinkest, Lord, of me!
The Invocation

From all that dwell below the skies. Let the Creator’s praise arise. Let the Redeemer’s name be sung, through ev’ry land, by ev’ry Tongue. Eternal are Thy mercies, Lord. Eternal truth attends Thy word. Thy praise shall sound from shore to shore, till suns shall rise and set no more.
