1. Color : quartz-Light blue color.
Construction Process of Urethane Zinc Projection Joint.
1. Placement on both sides based on the center according to panel layout drawing.
2. Characteristics : Product of surface oxidation with Zinc patina through pre-weathering. 3. Protection Film : PE film must attach for protection the finishing line on working.
2. Each panel should be fixed into stud using fixed clip and sliding clip. 3. Each width of each edge side should be the same figures.
* Clip for fixing 1. There are two kinds of clip, which is defined by functional sorting such as fixed clip & sliding clip. 2. F ixed Clip : Use to fix the panel of projection joint. It is used at wood floor in case of roof and used at upper side which is configured vertically, at center configured horizontally in case of an outer wall. 3. S liding Clip : Use to fix projection joint and to prepare thermal contraction & expansion. The part of clip should be located at the center in order to respond to contraction or expansion. 4. Distance between clips : The maximum distance between clips is not more than 600 mm generally.
