Sofia Vergara is being sued by her own frozen embryos, which ex-fiancé Nick Loeb has named “Isabella” and “Emma.” A right-to-live lawsuit filed in Louisiana on their behalf asks that the bitter businessman, 41, be given full custody of the fertilized eggs so that they can inherit trust funds established in their names. “This latest maneuver is nothing more than another attempt... to keep himself in the public eye,” the actress’ lawyer attested, noting that Sofia, 44, has been happily married to Joe Manganiello for the past year. “If it is really a family that Loeb wants, he should hire a surrogate and an egg donor and create one without dragging Vergara through another unnecessary legal battle.”H
