The “Talented” Tenth District consist of the great states of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, with over 2,100 financial Brothers and more than 60 active Chapters.

The purpose of this organization is to promote the high ideals of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and to serve as a medium between the Grand Conclave and the local chapters by:
• Keeping alive the interest of the Tenth District chapters.
• Providing a medium of expression for the Tenth District chapters at the Grand Conclave
• Considering problems peculiar to the Tenth District.
