SIZES ADJUSTMENT

This season, Rossignol is introducing its new EASY-FIT automatic size adjustment system. Based on flexible elastic component inside the back of the helmet, it offers three different depth adjustments. Once you’ve found the right setting, you won’t have to change it - the elastic will adjust automatically every time you put on your helmet, keeping it in the right position. EASY-FIT is ideal for children and skiers who aren’t used to wearing a helmet.

The Size Adjustment system lets you adjust your helmet for more support, safety and comfort. Made up of two arms clipped into the helmet and an adjustable dial, the simplicity of the system means that you can adjust your helmet in any number of situations.

Natural ventilation regulates the temperature by enabling hot air and moisture to escape. More comfort.

ACTIVE VENTILATION

AIRFLOW CHANNELS

Adjustable vents enable airflow to be increased or decreased for more control over heat escape and temperature. This makes the helmet more comfortable throughout the day, no matter what the conditions.

Vents in the front of the helmet, together with ventilation channels between the two liner layers, provide constant circulation of air without cold spots or direct contact with the head.

CONSTRUCTION

BOA BOA® is the world leader in precision closure systems. Made up of a dial, “lacing” and guides, the system is more precise, lighter and more adjustable than conventional systems. Once you have the perfect fit, the dial stays in position without risk of alteration. BOA® components are tested both on the ground and in the laboratory under extreme conditions and come with a lifetime warranty!

HARD SHELL EPS

IN MOLD EPS

EPP ABS

ABS EPS helmets are made up of two elements: a 3 mm-thick ABS shell and an expanded polystyrene internal absorbing foam. The two elements are injected separately and then assembled. This construction means that the appearance is less affected by impacts due to the thick external shell, and makes it easier to incorporate the vents.

In Mold EPS helmets are made up of two elements: a 1 mm-thick polycarbonate preformed sheet and an expanded polymer internal absorbing foam. The specific feature of this construction is that the foam is injected directly into the shell. This means that the helmet can fit the head snugly and has less inertia due to the proximity of the two parts and the lightness of the shell.

The ABS EPP technology incorporated into SPARK helmets is achieved by combining two elements: a 3 mm-thick ABS shell and ARPRO EPP expanded polypropylene foam, which gives them shape memory and therefore regeneration properties so that they retain their impact absorption capabilities. This makes SPARK helmets both durable and recyclable, reducing the environmental impact of mountain-lovers on their playground of choice.
