1977 Europe’s first Gore-Tex® jacket, made in 1977. This jacket was based on Norrøna’s cotton mountain jacket. The seams were ­not taped.

1984 The first trollveggen jacket was made in 1979 in time for the first winter ascent of the Swedish Route up Trollveggen. The model was also used on the Norwegian expedition up Great Trango Tower in 1984 by Hans Christian Doseth, Finn Dæhlie, Dag Kolsrud and Stein P. Aasheim. Then, in 1985, the jacket was worn on the highly successful first Everest expedition, led by Arne Næss Jr.

1986 Further advancements to the trollveggen jacket, around 1986.

1994 Made in 1994. "Limited edition", for that year's Norwegian Everest expedition.
