4.4.5 Adding internal lines and drill holes

To add an internal line, the sequence starts with 7, then use 1 or C as needed and end with a single F. Do NOT try to add an internal line attached to the perimeter line. Click a little inside the line using 7 to begin the line. Continue as before using 1 and C

with F to finish, again a little away from the perimeter line. You can add further internal lines to the same piece as required. An example of the sequence is 7–1–C–C– C–C–C–C–C–1–F (see Fig. 4.18). Add drill hole marks for button positions or dart ends using 3.

4.4.6

Creating a new sheet

When you have completed work on a particular piece, move on to the next by using 0 to create a new sheet. This action will complete the previous sheet, joining the first and last points, and create a new sheet to work on (see Fig. 4.19).
