BECONSFIELD APPARTMENT Beconsfield Apartments is a historical building localated in 1700 main street downtown Houston. Client wants to repurpose the space with an open floor plan, with no wall attaching to the existing columns. With an “ Urban Living� concept in mind, one floor type is used and a mordern fireplace created a high-end and spacious place for client to entertain and rest. Plenty of storage was designed along the wall for functional uses and to display collections of the client.

Concept: “Zen Spirit Modern”, to accomplish a dyamic and adaptable workplace, and a fun stumulating work environment. The design is to base on universal design principles and the Texas accessibility code. The planning and design of interior space mucst take into consideration all relevant sustanability issues.

FRENCH CORNER City : New Orleans Address : 760 Decatur St, New Orleans, LA ( French Quarter ) Client Profile :Client are active througout the day & night. The seafood restaurant design needs to buffer noise from the crowed street life. Attention to the view of the river is important.
