LUNGE W ITH OV ERHE A D PRE SS 1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and hands at shoulders with elbows bent. Palms facing out. 2. Step out to the left and bend your knee while keeping the right leg straight. Don’t be afraid to stick out that bum! Be sure to keep your knee behind toes. You risk injury if the knee goes too far forward. 3. Keep your back straight and hinge forward at the waist. While doing this, bring your hands to just below your left knee. 4. Move into standing position returning hands to shoulders. 5. Repeat exercise on the right side. 6. Perform 15-20 repetitions on each side. 7.
