Q Can you tell us a little bit about the history of your company?

A Based in the east of London, Ruddocks and Co are Chartered Accountants who provide across the board accountancy services as well as individual and business advisory services. We strive hard to stand out from our competition by providing the right service for the right clients at the right time. Our core values are integrity, diligence, drive and a friendly approachable nature. Our core values instil confidence in our clients and lead to personal recommendations, thus growing our business. As such we are the grateful recipients of the AI Award for Construction Accountants of the Year 2023 – London & Southeast.

Q What area of accountancy do you specialise in?

A Construction, Hospitality, Property Industries and Dentistry sectors, but also we represent individual clients. Regardless of whether you are a big or small company or an individual looking for accountancy advice, we will serve your needs with e ciency and to a high standard. We work with companies and individuals all over London and Essex, giving us an advantage of familiarity with their local community and business environment.

Q Do you have a particular case study that highlights what you do as a company?

A We have clients who have engaged our services at a point in their lives where the business is in trouble and could possibly go under. With our guidance and advice, not only have these businesses recovered, but they have prospered and become extremely successful and profitable.

Q In terms of your team, what makes you the best in this area?

A Building a friendly working relationship with our clients, making them feel valued 365 days a year, not just when we are doing their accounts. It is important to us that they know they can call our o ce and get the advice they need, but we don't stop at that, we reach out to our clients regularly to ensure they are happy and to ask if there is anything we can assist them with. In short we are very much a hands on company, with a friendly, approachable and conscientious team.
