Born in 1952, the brand has championed British musical subcultures for six decades, something its momentous anniversary party celebrated with a headline set from The Charlatans and DJs including Norman Jay, Don Letts and Terry Hall of The Specials.

Dream and Drive The Kills book exhibition launched at the Hoxton Gallery last month. The blues rock duo invited close friends Jaime Winstone, Nick Grimshaw, Noel Fielding, Pam Hogg and – of course – Mrs Hince (aka Kate Moss) for a sneak peek of the retrospective which documents an epic nine years in the life of the band.

Pusher Premier The scenesters of London flocked to the Hackney Picturehouse to catch model-turned-actress Agyness Deyn in Pusher, her film debut. The party included cast members Bronson Webb, Richard Coyle and Suki Waterhouse, director Nicolas Winding Refn and musical legends Orbital, who were responsible for the soundtrack. The after-party was held just down the road at Shoreditch’s Hoxton Pony.
