FORECLOSURE SALE Notice is given under section 3212 of the Revised Judicature Act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212 that default has been made under the terms and conditions of that certain Mortgage made by Kelly Darby and Valaree Darby as mortgagor (jointly the “Mortgagor”), to Byline Bank, an Illinois banking corporation, as mortgagee (“Lender”), dated March 15, 2018 and recorded March 27, 2018 as instrument 2018-0010123, Ottawa County Records, Michigan (the “Mortgage”) and that the Mortgage referenced below will be foreclosed by a sale of the Mortgaged Property (as defined below) at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier’s check at the time and place set forth below.
The amount due on the Mortgage may be greater on the day of the sale.
