- Clicking on the tracking number again will load the carrier ’s tracking portal from their website.

- Rate Calculator: The Rate Calculator gives users the ability to view potential shipping costs for different services.

- Options for domestic or international packages are provided. - Choose from pre-loaded shipping locations based on the specific user. - Add the destination, select estimated delivery dates (optional), select

Residential if applicable, and add the package dimensions of the shipment. - Finally, click Get Rates to get a preview of charges based on the agreement with the carriers.

On the next page different rates by service will appear, comparing the agreement rates to the carrier ’s published rates.

- Select Show Calendar at the top to toggle back and forth between the List view to see when each service is scheduled to arrive.

- Select view details at the bottom of a particular service, or click on a service in the

Calendar view, to generate a pop up with more information.

- Dashboards: This is the default landing page, as it will present fast and highly customizable graphical representations of a user ’s data. - Starting at the top of the page, click on Change in the top right.

- This section is completely customizable: define carrier, account numbers, date range and type of data, then click Submit.
