Burnt Out As junior Iris Bailey plans out her week, she takes note of all of her upcoming quizzes and tests. Some weeks, multiple tests or quizzes occur in different classes at the same time. With the long hours of studying, these are the times that Bailey begins to lose motivation. Like Bailey, it is easy for many students to lose motivation and for frustration and procrastination to take over.
