The Seller’s Conditions to Prevail These Conditions of sale shall override any terms or conditions stipulated, incorporated or referred to by the Buyer, whether in the order or in any negotiations preceding the formation of the contract. Payment All invoices are subject to be paid within specified credit terms. Disputes Claims arising from invoices must be made within 48hrs as claims will not be accepted later. Prices Prices are subject to change without notification due to currency fluctuations, agricultural crop situations and any reasons beyond our control. Late Payment Charges Late payments exceeding terms agreed from the date of invoice will be subject to 3% interest charge each month after 30days.This charge will be invoiced without notice. Orders will be held if payment terms are not complied with. Please note all cheques returned unpaid are subject to £40 bank charge without prejudice and represented cheques will be subject to £20 charge each time this occurs. Insolvency In the event The Company has to use a third party to collect overdue debt The Company reserves the right to charge a collection fee and other related charges in order to cover the cost of using the third party. Data Protection Act By submitting this application, you authorize Z&H Distribution shall be entitled to process such information regarding individuals(including sole trader and partnerships) as is necessary in the normal course of business.
