After a feasibility study and detailed discussions, the clients chose from seven suggested master plans, one that optimized the site without compromising the brief. With a proposed Carpet area of around 60 Sqm in both the units, balcony & utility areas additional, we set the following criteria and resolved a working scheme for the sanction drawings of the same Target carpet area for 2.5 Bhk - 59 Sqm. Target carpet area for 2 Bhk 52-55 Sqm.

Located in Hyderabad, a fast-developing Tech City, the design brief asked for a scheme to create a gated community of Luxury 4BHK apartments. After a feasibility study and detailed discussions, the clients chose the design that optimized the site without compromising the brief. With a Total Saleable area of 2.5 Lakh Sqft, , we set the following criteria and resolved a working scheme for the sanction & construction drawings of the same

-Target plinth area of all the units : 1,87,500 sqft.

-Permissible BUA : 2,32,276 sqft.

-Common areas and amenities (balance) : 44,776 sqft.

-Floor to floor height : 3.35 mts.

-Vastu to be followed strictly.

-3 cars per unit, 3m x 6m sized slots.

-Provision for VRV system for each unit.

St Johns Wards & Labs

The Hospital ward extension project involves the addition of three additional floors to an existing three-story building of Oncology and Ward Block. The expansion consisted of: Designing four general wards and their allied services on the fourth floor. Private/semi-private rooms with their respective support services on the 5th and 6th floor. As a predominantly charitable organization, the general wards sustain on the funds generated by the private ward floors, a fact we tried to reflect in our design intent.
