The International Film Festival of India, became globally competitive, and moved to its permanent venue Goa, and is being held during the months of November and December of each year. This creates an opportunity for International Film Festival of India , proposes for developing new Studios and post-production facilities along with infrastructure International Film Festival in Goa. The idea is to enhance the user comfort by encouraging high velocity wind flow throughout the building by utilizing a phenomenon called Venturi Effect which states that the wind velocity through the narrow regions doubles up.Which increases the wind speed and inturn reduces the temperature and humidity levels. The building footprint is replaced with diifferent themed terrace gardens on roof at different levels.The facade mimics the hills and the OATs cut through to break the monotony of the facade.The building is alligned parallel to the contours in triangular shapes mimicing the waves which alternate the morning and evening sun which keeps the interiors well lit throughout the day.

The Breif was to Design a Co-Living which are Social, Affordable sustainable homes for people of diferent cultures and age groups moving to urban cities looking for job opputunities in Bangalore.Bangalore is widely regarded as the "Silicon Valley of India" because of its role as the nation's leading information technology (IT) exporter. Urban farming refers to the practice of cultivating plants and raising animals within and around cities. The community contributes to the local economy and creates a functional ecological space.Farming enhances the user experience as well as educates the user.

Introducing the program such that the public realms are shaded thouhout the day and maximum daylighting is achieved within the buildings.

Kudre Residence

The home built on a 1200sft plot has been designed for a family of four. The brief was to create large spaces with adequate connect to the green outside at all levels but at the same time ensuring that the family privacy is not hindered. it was essential that spaces were created were vastu compliant with posh and modern interiors. As the family is well travelled across the globe, their main brief for the interiors was that the space should feel like a home and not a hotel.

Twin Tulips

The Apartments built on a plot of 24000sqft e plot each was designed for a developer in Bidar. The brief was to create a Modern facade to lure buyers into with adequate connect to the natural textures with a posh and Modern look. It was essential that the design was cost effective and eye catching at the same time, natural materials like brick and terracotta jalli with lots of green were the key ingredients that were used to make this facade.

The Mystery Bar & Restaurant

The Restro bar designed on a 2400sqft plot in bidar was designed with a seating capacity of 90. The brief was to create a Modern bar with a Rustic look with multiple levels but at the same time ensuring privacy is not hindered.

The Complex built on a plot of 6000sqft plot was designed for a developer in Bidar. The brief was to create a Modern facade to lure public and buyers into the complex with adequate connect to the natural textures with a posh and Modern look. It was essential that the design was cost effective and eye catching at the same time.

The Client's requirement was to design a living and dining space (600sqft) with standalone furniture.The Design followed the Modern Scandinavian style to enhance affordability, and sleek furnishings. Clean lines, functional furnishings, and a neutral palette with PU leather and rubber wood veener.
