“After graduating from university, I realized that I had endless opportunities that I could pursue, and I wanted to chase after the next big thing that could help me gain an incredible amount of experience and help me grow.

Before participating in the program, I was unsure whether I was ready or able to leave my comfort zone and take on such a challenging opportunity; but I thought to myself "If I didn’t do this now, it will certainly be tougher in the future".

That's when I decided to take part with AIESEC's Global Talent Program and apply for internships abroad. I have now spent over 6 months in Dubai, and absolutely love what I do. Everyday is different, unique with its own set of challenges at both work and life, but I am getting better at dealing with them. I was able to met different people from different backgrounds and connect with diverse people and learn about their culture, this has increased by understanding of the people and the world around me.”

“ The experience helped me secure a well paid teaching job back home although I previously never had any background in teaching. I owe it all to the Global Talent program for equipping me with all the knowledge and development I needed to become a teacher and the person I am today.
