Entry

The image above shows what the entry looked like previously. Before our intervention, the wall going up the stairs was buckling, the wallpaper was tattered, torn, and old, the stair runner was red turned maroon, and the lighting was extremely dark.

Now, as seen on the right, we’ve replaced the outdated wallpaper with bright green paint from Sherwin Williams, the red turned maroon carpet with a quadrafoile patterned green wool runner, custom upholstered pieces done with secondhand fabric, and we’ve also created a new gallery going up the stairs to enhance the beauty and simplicity of the space.

The back parlor prior was a desolate and unused area that didn’t carry much style or presence. We stepped in with a new paper, custom draperies, custom upholstery, and bright white paint for the ceiling to brighten the previously datk and dingy room. We’ve also put our own BW touch on the space and have given input as to where different items and pieces should go. We used a york wallcovering and serveral pieces of old project fabric for reupholstery.
