Kitchen -

• Cabinets at ADA height, 9” toe kick, knee space under counters

• Side-by-side door fridge

• Range and sink have a 27” clearance underneath

• Pull-down/Pull-out drawers

Bathrooms -

• ADA 17”-19” H toilet

• Grab bars

• 5’ turning circle

• 27” sink clearance

Dining Area -

• Taller seat heights

• Chairs with arms

• 5’ turning circle or T-shaped turn around space

• capacity based on IBC Occupancy guidelines

As the mission statement states, “The aesthetics of the project will e dark and natural materials that create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

Within the FF&E board located above, it can be seen that P1, P2, and P3 are examples of a neutral but strong color palette. T1 showases a shaker style and made table that fits the ethos of originality for the design; while items CH1, CH2, CH3, CH4, L1, L2, and CU1 bring a modern flair to the otherwise rustic and historic interior.
