184.FLOOR HEIGHT Applied UBBL requirement.
Floor height here are 2970mm
(1)In building other than those specified in the preceding provisions of by-laws 44 and 45 the height of rooms on the ground floor shall not be less than 3 metres and on any floor above the ground floor shall not be less than 2.75 metres.

184.SEATING Applied UBBL requirement.
Seating in AGORA Business Incubator has complied with the requirements. The spacing of rows of seats from back were 900 mm in the space and was able to meet the terms as stated due to its voluminous space of 989m^2.

MEASUREMENT OF TRAVEL DISTANCE TO EXITS. Applied UBBL requirement.

(1)Initial travel distance before a point where an alternative path becomes available .
(2)2)Stipulates that travel distance must be measured along the path of trav
(3)Where an actual path of travel cannot be determined, the direct distance can be measured as a straight line direct to the exit. Permitted travel distance is then reduced to 2/3.
