ASSIGNMENT 02

Introduction

In this project, I am expected to conduct research on existing precedent studies relevant to office and design/coworking space, recognize the layout, and extract the Schedule of Accommodation (SOA) and FF&E) from the precedent study. I also introduce students to the UBBL and/or fire rules, which must be taken into account when planning the area. This project's goal is to comprehend layout design with respect to UBBL and /Or Fire regulations. I will develop a set of as-built drawings based on the chosen precedent study, which will include a plan, internal elevation, section, SOA FF&E, and an analysis of UBBL and material application.
