A Blue Tree?

The community of Delamere and Cape Jervis got together and painted a tree with blue paint. It’s on Cole Road at Delamere and on the property owned by the generous Hodge family. Why a Blue Tree? The Blue Tree project was initiated to help spark difficult conversations and encourage people to speak up when battling mental health concerns. By spreading the paint and spreading the message that "it's OK to not be OK", we can help break down the stigma that's still largely attached to mental health. Our resident Mayor of Delamere Kaye Maslin ran with the project and was supported by local CFS crews.
