WHO WE HELP Youth Insearch is available to all young people aged 14-20. Youth Insearch brings young people from all walks of life together to help each other navigate life and reach their full potential. Many young people come to us when they are struggling to find a way forward. This includes young people suffering from: • • • • • •
family separation, conflict, neglect and domestic violence sexual abuse emotional abuse grief and loss bullying low self-esteem
Young people referred often exhibit the following behaviours: • • • • • • • •
suicidal thoughts suicide attempts and self-harm drug and alcohol abuse committing crimes violence towards others truancy from school lack motivation to participate in society uncooperative at home
Youth Insearch is often successful for young people that have not taken to mainstream interventions.
