Toravaig is the collection’s Hebridean Gem, nestling on the hillside in a stunning coastal location overlooking the Sound of Sleat. The hotel creates an intimate home from home feeling but with the added benefit of luxurious bedrooms, all named after Hebridean Islands.

This elegant hotel has many times been name “Romantic Hotel of the

Year” at the Scottish Hotel Awards, and it’s easy to see why. Toravaig’s elegant lounge and cosy dining room make it a dream backdrop to your ‘I do’s and you’ll have various spots to choose from when it comes to deciding on the perfect location for your ceremony. You could exchange vows in front of a roaring fire, head outdoors into the private gardens, or opt for a patio wedding.

You can even hire Toravaig exclusively for a private house party and have the run of the entire hotel. The hotel can accommodate weddings with up to 40 guests, making it ideal for a weekend wedding getaway.

Duisdale began life in 1865 as a Victorian mansion and although the beautifully landscaped gardens and historic exterior remain, inside you will discover a modern and stylish boutique hotel, the perfect destination for your romantic wedding. Set within 35 acres of gardens and boasting stunning views, it has twice been winner of Scottish Hotel of the Year, a ringing endorsement for couples interested in marrying here. At Duisdale you can marry in our conservatory or on the garden deck, against the backdrop of the Sound of Sleat. You could also say ‘I do’ in the pretty private garden. If you’re thinking of venturing slightly further afield, the hotel also offers a popular castle package for couples wanting to have an evening ceremony at the iconic Eilean Donan Castle nearby.

Wherever you tie the knot, Duisdale can accommodate your wedding reception for up to 100 guests - including 22 bedrooms when you take the hotel on an exclusive-use basis - allowing you to gather all your loved ones together for a proper celebration.

Located seven miles from Skye’s main town of Portree, Skeabost is the largest of the Sonas Collection’s hotels and enjoys a jaw-dropping location. Set on the shoreline of Loch Snizort, the instantly recognisable, white-washed mansion is the epitome of elegance. Expect spacious lounges, wood panelling and Victorian grandeur with a contemporary twist. It even has its own nine-hole golf course. The historic Dunvegan Castle is also a stone’s throw away and Skeabost often plays host to wedding receptions after the couple say “I do” in a ceremony at the castle. However you choose to marry at Skeabost, you’ll enjoy luxurious and relaxed surroundings, guaranteed to impress your guests.
