Eagle Scout is the highest achievement or rank attainable in Boy Scouts of America. Since its inception in 1911, only four percent of Scouts have earned this rank after a lengthy review process! John is a member of Troop 285 in Bellmore. Hempstead Town Clerk Kate Murray, Town Councilman Chris Carini and Legislator Steve Rhoads recognized John on his achievement.
